I have been seeing Francesa since January now and it’s been a great experience. This has always been a difficult time of year for me…winter, work demands, personal struggles…something it seems that lots of people are dealing with. Seeing Francesa, sharing stories and having the time to relax, I can feel the difference. The sessions have helped in gaining perspective, focusing on building positive habits and learning how to prioritize self care and handling those inevitable ups and downs in day-to-day life.
