Tara Gendron From when I first started working with Francesca, to where I am today has me reflecting on someone unrecognizable. I was constantly living in fear, anxiety, and overwhelm. Additionally, I was experiencing chronic physical and emotional distress in my life, and felt like whatever I ever did would ever be enough. I had resigned and allowed the pain and fear to get in the way of achieving a fulfilling, meaningful life. It stemmed from an accumulation of difficult life experiences, navigating grief and loss, and from a very young age my deepest fear was that I would never belong or fit in or find my people.
And then Francesca entered my life, and I haven’t looked back! Working with her in person, or at a distance has been truly life altering.
I will be transparent, at times it has been very deep challenging work yet the alternative is MUCH WORSE. Hurt people, hurt people. She helped me release the fear I was unaware of which was taking over my life, the pain of the past. She helped me be equipped with bravery and self-confidence. I believe I always knew I was capable of yet didn’t know how to achieve it on my own. I am eternally grateful for her her amazing dedication and work she lives and breathes what she preaches and practices. She has been a miracle and a blessing in my life, and I’ve never felt more confident, genuinely comfortable and happy in my skin, and simply being myself. I thought it would take me a lifetime to achieve these seemingly intangible / always out of my grasp - goals, yet she awakens you to the truth, strength, and potential that lies dormant in all of us, whether we believe it is there it or not.
Francesca not only brought my soul back online, she also gave me the tools, unconditional support and mentorship that every person dreams of. Francesca helps me find my way out of the darkness and into the light, and I haven’t looked back since.

Jelena Bajcetic I have been seeing Francesa since January now and it’s been a great experience. This has always been a difficult time of year for me…winter, work demands, personal struggles…something it seems that lots of people are dealing with. Seeing Francesa, sharing stories and having the time to relax, I can feel the difference. The sessions have helped in gaining perspective, focusing on building positive habits and learning how to prioritize self care and handling those inevitable ups and downs in day-to-day life. I arrive exhausted and leave energized and motivated to keep going. Thank you Francesca!
