Wedding Ceremony
This package includes an initial consultation, an in-depth vision meeting, a virtual walk through, the ceremony, legal paperwork & filing with the Ministry.
Initial Consultation
We will have a first meeting to make sure we are a good fit and after that, you'll be sent the official wedding contract. Once the wedding contract is completed and your fees received your date is secured. The contract and payment are required to secure your spot. The contract and invoice will be sent to you once we have had our initial conversation and agreed to proceed.
In-Depth Vision Meeting
A month before the ceremony, we will set up a virtual meeting for me to learn about your love story, your vision for the wedding and the ceremony specifics ━ For example: Are you writing your own vows? Would you like any special additions, such as hand fasting, dove release or family/religious traditions? Do you have a special poem or quotes you would like to add? This meeting is to ensure that your ceremony flows eloquently, is personalized and heartfelt! As I am a clergy with CIMM, Metaphysical Minister, we can speak about love and marriage or add bits from your family's cultures or religious background. This is all about make your event as magical or simple as you'd like!
Virtual Walk Through
About a week before your wedding we will do a walk through to make sure the vows are to your liking and logistics in are place so the wedding events will flow as smooth as possible.
Ceremony
On the day of the wedding I will arrive about 30 minutes before the scheduled time and meet you at our pre-determined location on the premises. Be ready for magic!
Note: To avoid last minute inconveniences, please ensure you bring your own pens, the rings, the Marriage License in the Government Envelope and any other ceremonial materials/props you may need.
Paperwork
Following the ceremony, we will complete the necessary paperwork with your witnesses and I will submit your completed license to the Marriage Office within 48 hours. You can apply for your Marriage Certificate online anytime after the wedding and will receive it within 6 months (currently the marriage office is very busy). Should you need the Marriage Certificate expedited for any reason I can personally guide you through the process.
Francesca is a wonderful officiant who is very professional, kind and warm. From the moment we reached out to her, she was prompt in her responses and was excellent in her communication throughout; days to leading to , on the day of and afterwards. She is very thoughtful in her delivery and we both felt so comfortable with her officiating on the day of. We received many inquiries on who she is because our guests were so impressed with how she kept the guests engaged, consistently mindful of a diverse guest list, and highlighted us by getting to know us quite a bit before hand. She is simply great at this and we would whole heartedly recommend her. Thank you to Francesca for understanding the importance of her role on such an important day to us and facilitating a memorable moment affectionately.
