Wedding Ceremony
This package includes a personalized, heartfelt and eloquent ceremony that will be cherished for a lifetime. It incorporates an initial consultation, an in-depth vision meeting, a virtual walk through, the ceremony, legal paperwork & filing with the Ministry and personalized guidance as to how to apply for your marriage certiciate and expediting the process where required. The entire process is professionally and smoothly orchestrated to ensure a successful experience for everyone.
Initial Consultation
We will have a first meeting to make sure we are clear as to your wedding ceremony dreams and after that, you'll be sent the official wedding contract. Once the wedding contract is completed and your fees received your date is secured. The contract and payment are required to secure your spot. The contract and invoice will be sent to you once we have had our initial conversation and agreed to proceed.
In-Depth Vision Meeting
A month before the ceremony, we will set up a virtual meeting for me to learn about your love story, your vision for the wedding and the ceremony specifics ━ For example: Are you writing your own vows? Would you like any special additions, such as hand fasting, dove release or family/religious traditions? Do you have a special poem or quotes you would like to add? This meeting is to ensure that your ceremony flows eloquently, is personalized and heartfelt! As I am a clergy with CIMM, Metaphysical Minister, we can speak about love and marriage or add bits from your family's cultures or religious background. This is all about make your event as magical or simple as you'd like!
Vow Writing Support
If couples are choosing to create their own personalized vows, support throughout the process is provided as needed. Francesca promises to ensure that your vows are meshed within the ceremony and coaches you as to how to deliver them with ease.
Virtual Walk Through
About a week before your wedding we will do a walk through to make sure the vows are to your liking and logistics in are place so the wedding events will flow as smooth as possible.
Ceremony
On the day of the wedding Francesca will arrive about 30 minutes before the scheduled time and meet you at our pre-determined location on the premises. At that time she will connect with all the vendors and ensure the ceremony space is ready.
Paperwork
We will complete the necessary paperwork with your witnesses and your completed license will be submitted to the Marriage Office within 48 hours by Registered Mail. Following the ceremony you will be personally guided as to thow you can apply for your Marriage Certificate online and should receive it within 6 months (currently the marriage office is very busy). Should you need the Marriage Certificate expedited for any reason, Francesca can efficiently guide you through the process.
Note: To avoid last minute inconveniences, please ensure you bring your own pens, the rings, the Marriage License in the Government Envelope and any other ceremonial materials/props you may need.
