Francesca's Chai Protein Smoothie

I'm so excited to see my signiature tea blend, 'Francesca's Chai'  featured by Niyama Wellness in their Vanilla Chai Plant Protein Smoothie recipe!

I'm sharing their recipe below. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! 


  • ½ cup strong Francesca's Chai tea.
  • ½ cup plant milk of your choice (I recommend oat milk or hazelnut milk)
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Niyama Plant Protein
  • Pinch of cinnamon plus another small pinch for on top
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes
  • Optional -1 tsp or two of maple syrup (I don’t add this but you may like a more traditional, sweeter chai)
  • SUMMER EDITION: Add 2 mint leaves and 1 cup of summer berries.


    1. Put everything together in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and frothy 

    2. Pour into a glass, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
